Start the New Year by losing weight, and making healthier life choices!

This program, Full Plate, is a common sense, 7-step process to help you slim down, look great and be healthy again. As strange as it may seem, people usually try to lose weight before they're ready, which sets them up for failure. Participants will find out if they're actually ready to lose weight now, and if not, how to get ready.

You will also learn how to fill your plate to lose weight by eating more natural fiber-rich foods. You will find this is a different program, you are not required to weigh-in, nor share your weight.
