Making a Difference

The Community Health Center (CHC) addresses one of the most important problems we, as a community, face today – the health care crisis. CHC is the solution! Our services – primary medical care, behavioral health services, basic dental services and health & wellness education – are FREE to those in need. We are 100% community supported. We do not receive any tax dollars.

Through the generosity of our donors, their belief and support in what we do, CHC is able to continue filling the gaps in health care.

Who is a CHC patient?

Our average patient is 46 years old, has a high school education, is working one or more jobs and does not have                        medical insurance. The average CHC patient is over income for government assistance, and yet can’t afford health                    insurance.

Who benefits?

The patients, the families, the employers, the hospitals, our community – EVERYONE!

Who makes a difference?

YOU! With your support, together we can make a difference in our community.
