Congratulations
Audray Muscatello Yost!

The Community Health Center is proud to honor Audray Muscatello Yost as the 2022 recipient of the Jean B. Purvis Community Cornerstone Award.
Among her list of accomplishments and community service, Audray is the past President and, now, the Project Planner for The Golden Tornado Scholastic Foundation, Inc (GTSF). She organizes their two major fundraisers, the Tuff Tornado Run in October and the FAB Showcase (Fine Arts and Beyond) in the Spring.
Under the umbrella of the GTSF, Audray is a team leader for the Kids' Weekend
Backpack Program which feeds students who have food insecurity on the
weekends and during breaks from school. Audray orders all the food for Butler’s
eight elementary schools (K-4th) and helps pack food for three of the schools.
Soroptimist International of Butler has chosen Audray for the 2022 Community
Ruby Award winner. She will be honored at the Soroptimists’ Spring Fling
fundraising event on April 2 at the Butler Country Club. The Ruby Award honors
women who are making extraordinary efforts on behalf of other women.
Audray sits on the Fundraising Committee of the YWCA, a nonprofit organization
dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women. She is the President
of the Friends of Preston Park, a co-chair of the Education Committee for the
General Federation of Women's Clubs Intermediate League of Butler and has
recently joined the board of the Butler County Humane Society. Audray has help
ed with the Humane Society Fur Ball fundraiser for the past 10 years. In addition to assisting the Community Health Center with our Signature Sensations event, Audray has helped the Children’s Advocacy Center of Butler County with their Family Barbeque event and their Strike Out Child Abuse Bowling event.
Since 2012, Audray has been a committee member helping with the Butler Health System's Crystal Ball and Ladies Night Out fundraisers.
In 2019, Audray was presented the Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding community involvement.
Professionally, Audray was a teacher at the Butler Area School District, retiring after 23 years of service. She is married to Tom Yost and has three children, two “bonus” children, seven grandchildren, and two rescue dogs.
Audray Muscatello Yost exemplifies the purpose and the spirit of the JBP Community Cornerstone Award presented to someone who has contributed significantly to the advancement of service to the people of Butler County. To say that Audray contributes significantly doesn’t do her justice. Audray is dedicated and passionate in her service to our community, giving tirelessly of her time and talents.
The Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center is delighted and honored to call Audray Muscatello Yost a friend, an asset to the Butler community and to honor her with the 2022 Community Cornerstone Award. Due to unexpected circumstances, this event will be postponed until a date in 2023. Thank you for your understanding.
Join us to celebrate this amazing woman,
