The Community Health Center is proud to honor Audray Muscatello Yost as the 2023 recipient of the Jean B. Purvis Community Cornerstone Award.

Audray Muscatello Yost exemplifies the purpose and the spirit of the JBP Community Cornerstone Award presented to someone who has contributed significantly to the advancement of service to the people of Butler County. To say that Audray contributes significantly doesn’t do her justice. Audray is dedicated and passionate in her service to our community, giving tirelessly of her time and talents.

Among her list of accomplishments and community service, Audray is the past

President and, now, the Project Planner for The Golden Tornado Scholastic

Foundation, Inc (GTSF). She organizes their two major fundraisers, the Tuff

Tornado Run in October and the FAB Showcase (Fine Arts and Beyond)

in the Spring.

Under the umbrella of the GTSF, Audray is a team leader for the Kids' Weekend

Backpack Program which feeds students who have food insecurity on the

weekends and during breaks from school. Audray orders all the food for Butler’s

eight elementary schools (K-4th) and helps pack food for three of the schools.

The Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center is delighted and honored to call

Audray Muscatello Yost a friend, an asset to the Butler community and to honor

her with the 2023 Community Cornerstone Award.
