NEEDED: dental hygienist RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform adult prophylaxis, debridement Take and develop x-rays Chart existing and needed treatment including perio chart if needed Set up and prepare operatories Make sure patient charts are complete and note any changes Keep hygiene operatory stocked with supplies Provide homecare instructions and product samples as needed Write and sign progress reports
