Commemorative Giving

Are you looking for a meaningful way to honor a friend, relative or business associate? 

It is possible to recognize that special person while offering health and hope to someone less fortunate in our own community.

Commemorative gifts are appropriate for many occasions:

• thank you
• special achievements
• special celebrations: birth, anniversaries, graduation, marriage
• get well wishes
• memorials  

The Clinic will send an acknowledgment to both you and the person that you designate. You may feel free to specify that the gift amount remain confidential. In addition, you may choose to have your gift be anonymous.
